Personal Training will consist of one on one sessions, group sessions, and/or team sessions.
 
Pricing 
One on One sessions: $75.00
Group sessions: $50.00 per athlete
(must include 5 athletes) 
Team sessions: $200.00 
(must include 8-10 athletes)
To make the most out of each session, I recommend that each athlete decide what facet of their game they would like to improve on. I will customize a workout with emphasis on the preferred facet to help develop and improve the desired basketball skill(s). Each drill implemented will be crucial to the development and continuation of the athletes basketball game. I was able to fulfill my goal of playing collegiate basketball. Now its time to focus on yours. Together we can strive to meet your future goals!
